  1. Can you ship a .....................?

    Yes, We Really Do Ship Anything, Anywhere.   That is, with the exception of hazardous materials or items prohibited by law.   We've shipped items like cars, furniture, collectibles, antiques, and almost anything you can think of!

  2. Do you offer coverage for my shipped items?

    Yes, we offer Declared Value Coverage.   And, if we package and ship your items, they are covered for both loss and damage.    Many carriers will deny your claim if your shipment was improperly packaged.   If we pack it, it's covered.

  3. Will you pick up my items for shipping?

    Yes.   We can always pick up your items for shipping if you have that need.  Local (in Conway) pick-up is FREE.   Otherwise, we charge a pick-up fee to cover our time and fuel expenses.   (A nominal fee applies for pick-ups of items we will only be packaging / crating -- but not shipping -- for you.)

  4. My office is relocating, can you help us make the move?

    Yes. We will package, crate, and ship everything -- from your computers to your desks and conference tables to your plants. If you are moving to smaller quarters, we offer climate-controlled records storage, too.

  5. Why would I want to rent a private mailbox with 24-hour access?

    Convenience! Privacy! Security! If you receive checks or important documents by mail and you travel from time to time, Pak Mail will make sure no thieves are robbing your mail box. Pak Mail will accept package delivery, overnight letters, CODs and registered mail (with your prior permission). We'll even forward your mail to wherever you are. With a Pak Mail mailbox, you also get a shipping department!

  6. I work out of my home.  Can Pak Mail be my office?

    Yes, we have everything you need.   We have a fax machine (24-hour receiving) and copy machines, plus mailing and shipping services.   We also offer keys, business cards, laminating, and notary services.

  7. I'm afraid to ship my good china.  How can I be sure it's packaged properly for shipping?

    Give it to Pak Mail.   We are industry-trained to safely package anything -- and our Declared Value Coverage will see to it that it's guaranteed.
